Giving out "Customer questionnaires" should give you an idea that the courts are no longer the independent bodies that we assume they are. Registered as Corporations trading for profit, they assist other corporations in there day to day business. Oldham Council use the building to host their Council Tax tribunals. With a little assistance from court staff in deceiving the public that the matters are being dealt with by the court, the matter could not be different. "Oldham Council" which is a collection of Corporations - Unity Partnership etc which have no lawful right to levy Council Tax.

A massive Fraud is being undertaken where Council Tax is being diverted into private Corporations, all in the hope that we do not notice the Fraud and expose it. The whole process of collecting and enforcing is undertaken by a private Corporation claiming to be our local authority. When someone does not immediately pay the unlawful demand for Council Tax, a "summons" is issued by the "Council", who do not have the authority to issue such a document. Whether you attend or not a "liability order" is issued. It is a fake liability order as it is just a list of names rubber stamped by a fake court sitting in the Magistrates building.

£75 is charged to everybody on the list adding up to a whopping £45,000 (I calculated for 2012/2013) that disappears into private bank accounts and is not included on the Council budget. The Council do not pay the court at all!!!

The £75 charge in itself is unlawful as the High Court has ruled that the charge for issuing Liability Orders should be £3.

The Magistrates Court needs to wake up and realise that this Fraud is coming to an end as the public demand clarity and honesty from what used to be public bodies.
