Great few days spent with @harvey_s_pantoja visiting car dealerships in the Manchester area for him to introduce himself and offer his CV for upcoming Apprenticeships. He is wanting to achieve a position as a workshop technician and was advised by @supportedinternship @wvrcollege to get out and explore this week, being National Apprenticeship Week. He has made some great contacts and signed up with BMW careers and is currently sending emails to all the branches he has visited. Super proud of his work ethic and willingness to get out there, it’s hard taking a step back and letting them go it alone but this week has been a real eye opener... @ Manchester, United Kingdom
Yin yoga 45 minute time lapse Yin is a slower type of yoga practice where postures are held for longer periods, when holding a stretch for more than 90 seconds you are able to work into the deep fascia tissue making it more flexible and at the same time strengthening your ligaments which support your joints. IMO anyone with knee/hip or any other type of stiffness should give this type of yoga a try 🧘♂️

3 of the best courses I have ever played combined with a great hotel on the harbour at Vilamoura! After securing my team for the first week I am looking to stay on for the 2nd week. If anyone is interested or would like some more details then please give me a shout.
Good day today @stamfordgolfclub finishing 1st loser again (tied 2nd) 😂 didn’t hit it great but walked the course before I played with @ollys7 after listening to @philarch17 and feel it gave me an advantage over those who hadn’t. The course was very bouncy and had plenty of slope so hitting it in the right place was essential. I-am now topping the OOM for Cheshire and North Wales after 3 events and currently 5th in the north region after 5 events which I’ve only played 3 of. Best of it is I’m hitting it 💩 but scoring well and short game is steadily improving. Happy to qualify today for the English PGA Championship @sauntongolfclub at the end of June after missing out in the club pros by a shot @delamereforestgolfclub played steady today and looking forward to more of the same when I get there 💪⛳️
