Went with a group from work and had a brilliant time. Bar staff on it and enjoying themselves, dancing around collecting glasses, checking on booths seeing if you're alright for drinks. DJ had some bangers on (could play songs through rather than 30 seconds of) and performers were great. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere, doormen were great. I'd recommend �

My niece had part of her hen DO here. From the minute we walked in the staff where great. So attentive. Cocktail making was great fun. Brilliant afternoon - thank you

Had a great afternoon with Tom and Laura at a Cocktail Master Class for a friend's Hen Do. Tom and Laura were brilliant, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a good time. Tom was wonderful with a member of the group who was pregnant spending time to show her how to make some Mocktails. I would definitely recommend Olivia's for groups. We will certainly return next time we are in Birmingham.

Great place in Birmingham fantastic for a good night out with anyone. Lively bar with fantastic selection of music and in a great location. Looks amazing inside and outside would definitely recommend visiting if you are out in Birmingham.

Best thing to happen to Birmingham! Make sure you're down for the opening, I know I will be! And I know I'll be taking all my friends too, Genuinely can't wait for some amazing drinks and an amazing atmosphere and of corse amazing music. This place is going to be the best bar in Birmingham I already have a good feeling about it��� also make sure to enter the competition on there page defo worth a like and share you never know who could win��

Amazing Amazing Amazing����, Fantastic Music�.. Absolutely Loved The man on the Bongos� and The Man with The Trumpet� (something different) Lovely Staff Lovely Atmosphere Just a Lovely Place to go and have a good time.. Will definitely be visiting again. �

1st visit yesterday..... wow what a beautiful place..... the young man behind the bar was friendly and well presented! The decor is amazing very classy! I would definitely go again loved it! 👏😍

Walked in about 8pm and it was virtually empty, a really talented guy with a guitar and drummer was performing which was cool. Place started to fill as the lights lowered and it was like being in a scene from Hollyoaks- it was almost as if most of the people were paid to be there! In actual fact, I think some women WERE on commission! Bar staff inexperienced but friendly. Drinks a bit on the pricy side. Overall it's worth a look, but might struggle for custom like so much of the Arcadian nowadays.

Popped in last night, purely as we saw a band playing. The band were amazing but there were a few teething problems. I know I'm old but the music was too loud, the bar maid couldn't hear me and after shouting three times she still got it wrong. I couldn't have a conversation somhence we left after one drink. The poor dj either didn't have the the right quality leads or the very sexy looking sound system couldn't handle it and was brought more for looks that actually purpose. It was very pretentious. I've done my fair share in my youth of these places and spent a few years with football teams, so could tell a mile off that it wanted to be the new hip place where the door policy was on looks only. But they let me in and as it was dead probably needed the business, but I get the feeling that only the 'IT' crowd will be allowed in. But I'll,continue to frequent till it becomes this.

The cocktails of two for £10 was a good buy and it was nice to see a lot of staff, but the floor girls could do with covering up a little as I'm sure they will just get sexually harassed off punters.

So over all I liked it and will go back and I hope it can manage to turn the arcadian into the place it used to be, but don't get too big for your boots as the Instagram crowd are a fickle lot and you'll only stay hot for a few years. Oh and stop walking around with subway cups.

Depending where you're comparing Olivia's to, it's OK. I visited on Saturday with friends, the venue was pleasant and thumbs up for crystal glasses. The crowd was 18-25 and perhaps unintentionally pretentious; boys and girls simply looking glamorous whilst basically on the pull. The music was OK, much the same as anywhere else, fire dancer just cheapened the place. Overall an OK bar, making it a 25 plus aged bar, will attract a bigger crowd who will spend more and add a bit of genuine class.

The venue itself was beautiful and played great songs. However, I believe the management really could have done more when a guy threw a drink into my eyes for telling him to back away from my mates. (He had been recording them and coming onto them all night). The venue didn't bar him and said they would move him to a different part of the venue. Which they didn't, I asked them to move him again and they did not. We had paid good money to be there for a birthday party and were having a great night but I felt as if the management there didn't do enough to protect us and make us feel safe by moving this violent and horrible guy. I don't mean to be rude, but free prosecco just doesn't cut it for me. Hopefully next time a guy hounds a group of young girls, the venue will act accordingly but this particular time they really let me down.

Hi, Leanne Lovell had her birthday here Saturday night. I emailed already and had no response. I had already complained about the service that has been provided on the night. We were given a bottle of prosecco, however I don’t think that is sufficient to cover the quality of poor service here tonight. When we arrived the booth was not ready, the wrong name was on the table, there was no drink (which we had already paid for) for a good half an hour. Then not all the drunk turned up. They then tried to charge me for drink I had already paid for. The booth was not big enough to suit the number of people attending, again you knew about this as we had pre paid. When the glasses came out there was not enough, they were also boiling hot (not suitable for our drinks). The “welcome comitee” came out half an hour late and to be quite frank you it spoilt her night out. People who worked there apologised as even they seemed quite embarrassed with the service that had been provided. We did not spend 500 with you to be provided with service like this, as I do work in business and am a manager myself I think more could have been done and I know if the extent of problems and service were like this for any of my customers, something better than a free bottle of prosecco could have been done. Please get back to me as a matter of urgency and I am less than impressed with the service provided tonight.... and I’m still waiting for you to respond.

Very disappointed that me and my friends arranged a night out to Olivia's on Friday we messaged Olivia's bar beforehand about info on entry. We got to the club the rep took us in. We said there is nobody here he then asked if we are Uni students we said no, he then said we are not allowed to go to the main room upstairs where all the other people are. So basically if you ain't a UNI student you ain't allowed in, very disappointed as this is not stated on the adverts on Facebook or instagram or even mentioned when we messaged the bar beforehand.
