Very charming and patient lady helped me out with a tricky present

Don't even deserve one star!!!!!Terrible service!! Didn't think there was still people working behind the counter with the attitude this lady had at Old Bond Street, extremely disappointed needless to say they lost the sale of a £6,000 watch which I brought from Watches of Switzerland on Regents Street, go there first they are more than helpful and appreciative of the custom.

Lovely store and attentive staff. No room for movement on the prices though...

Friendly staff and good service, and it's open late on a Thursday evening.

Great shop and fantastic staff!

Totally awful experience . The incompetent staff ruined my crocodile strap and was almost unapologetic . The manager of that store was extremely rude and arrogant . I had to tell the staff off for her to do something. Clearly no sense of customer service , unlike the Regents street store, where you can be helped by extremely kind, helpful and knowledgable staff.

Great collection including really nice limited edition watches. The members of the staff are qualified and very helpful, so it's not possible to make a wrong choice. Nice store.
