We specialise in designing and manufacturing custom foam interiors for the cases. We currently have a range of foam for audio equipment but can adapt our skills to anything that you need protecting. By only using the strongest and most durable materials, your item will be safe for many years.

Sennheiser Evolution Tray and Case

Our goal is to provide contemporary looking packaging solutions that provide great value whether you require the protection during storage, transit or in operation. Our bespoke designs for our foam trays and inserts aim to minimise any possible damage due to the elements, vibration or from shock. Using efficient designs allows us to keep the cases as lightweight as possible and reduce the size of the case required to maintain your equipment's integrity.

We utilise Plastazote® and ether foams to achieve the required protection and CNC machining to manufacture the design.
