On Yer Bike

Took my mountain bike into on yer bike for a service as my gears were slipping, they replaced rear cassette, chain and cables as well as brakes and cables. Have rode approx 300 mile since and it rides like a new bike.
Great service and workmanship at a very competitive price would definitely recommend on yer bike.

POOR Customer Service
My Son who had saved all his pocket money purchased a bike helmet only to get it home to find the helmet was not suitable for his needs. On Yer Bike were not interested in refunding him even though he had only had the item for 15 minutes, they just pointed him to a tiny sign that stated 'No Refunds'. I Know that they were in their rights but they were not clear and left my boy £23 out of pocket and in floods of tears. Poor attitudes and poor customer satisfaction. They are obviously in great need of his pocket money. No more scooters and BMX bikes from this place.

Being new to biking I was recommended to go here for a bike. One word. Brilliant, got what I needed staff are Brill, nothing is too much trouble. And they made everything easy to understand.

Got my bike from here on the bike to work scheme. Didn't know what I wanted or needed but the guys were great. Made sure that I got the right bike and size for the job. Very knowledgeable and bonus they didn't sell me items I didn't need. Highly recommend.
