The staff is very professional and they always provide a great service, i keep coming back.
Have been to Cycle surgery before where they adjusted breaks, they started rubbing the next day! So I went to On Your Bike and they readjusted them and didnt ask to pay. Was really impressed. Would not service or fix my bikes anywhere else. Five stars.

Despite living some 30 odd miles away, OYB is still my 'local bike shop'. If i lived 50 miles away, i'd still bring it here. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years now and have so much faith in the knowledge and expertise of the staff there. Every time i drop a bike in for some maintenance i learn something new, and they go above and beyond the 'norm' to get me parts that other bike shops would consider too 'laborious' to order in. I feel totally valued, and as someone who works and plays on bikes, i totally trust and value their support and advice (and believe me, i ask them for a LOT of advice).

I will start by saying that if I could give 6 stars for this place, I would. As a first time bicycle owner, I went through multiple bike stores, asking for opinions and insight into choosing the right bike for me. After being extremely disappointed many big companies, I decided to give 'on your bike' a try. This was THE BEST experience I've had compared to anywhere else (and believe me, I've spent a good amount of time surveying). This family owned business is run by a passionate group of cyclist who understands "customer service". I never at once felt pressured to buy anything from them and was given the right advice whenever needed. As a first time buyer, it can be a little overwhelming finding the right bike, especially when there're a vast amount of unfiltered information out there. With the staff at on your bike, they gave me the perfect advice and helped me find the ideal bike I was looking for, zero hassle. They knew exactly what customers are looking for and would give genuine advice, not just to make a quick buck off confused customers. The level of service is extraordinary and I really cannot stress what a pleasant experience it was buying my bike from them. I am now an extremely satisfied customer who would HIGHLY recommend any cyclist to check it out!!

First time using this shop. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Replaced my brake lever within a couple of hours. Also took time to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend!!!

Fabulous Service every visit. Dropped my Brompton off for a puncture repair and 45mins later they rang to say it was ready - offered me to leave my car in their car park while I popped into the Bullring. Agreed charges up front.
