On Your Bike

Lovely staff, I popped in as I was missing a nut off one of my pedal straps and they provided me a replacement and the tools free of charge!

Great renting service, the staff was very nice and friendly, I rented a bike for a week and explored London for the first time on a bike: wow simple amazing as the city is very cycling friendly with proper lanes and so on! I also got a problem as somebody hit my bike near the chain and I got it fix it for free! 👍

Good bike rental service. Good response time by email for details. The bikes I rented came with a few items missing and they supplied these on the spot. Still, the bikes needed another check-up - we had small problems with the breaks, a dry chain and gears for one of the bikes. It would be helpful to have some space outside to test the bikes...

Rented their "Super Deluxe" Trek Madone, but had several problems. The bike was in decent repair but when I flatted (no rocks/glass/trauma to the tire) I discovered it had been patched before. Then the chain snapped despite a low gear and moderate pressure/wattage. When I brought the bike back early, my more extensive riding plans ruined by the bike failure, at first they chafed at refunding the two days I would no longer be riding, but ultimately refunded just one of the days. Zero chance I will rent from On Your Bike again.

Came in with a 3 day old but poorly prepared 1500 quid bike. Ben and Amy did a fantastic job in sorting it out and made it what it should have been when it left the manufacturer. Can't rate them highly enough. Professional, honest and trustworthy. Never used them before - will always use them from now on. Openlate until 7.30pm most evenings. Excellent. Use them.

My wife and I hired bicycles for a charity ride June 9-10. Given the terrorist attack at London Bridge, and the resultant area closure, we were unable to get our bikes from the Onyourbike shop as planned.

However, even with their London Bridge shop closed, the staff worked to get us 2 bicycles and stage them at Evan's Cycle. They worked with returning inventory and provided a excellent customer experience under very difficult circumstances. The bicycles provided successfully, and unfailingly carried us to Amsterdam.

My wife and I are extremely grateful and very happy the shop has now reopened.

Ben is the most helpful and knowledgeable Brompton cycle mechanic. I was thoroughly impressed with his dedication to sort out my recent Brompton related issues. Also supplied me with a loan bike while mine was being fixed. This cycle shop is not the easiest to find but so worth it when you do. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Took my vintage bike in for some advice on a worn bike cable. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and really helpful. The mechanic (I think his name was Michel) is a genious. I'd basically resigned myself to paying to replace both the brake levers but he went to work, did a meticulous job replacing the break cables and now they're like new.

I will be getting all my future repairs done at on your bike. Fantastic shop.

An excellent bike shop with a good range of products and very helpful staff. They are very accommodating when it comes to booking repairs and ordering parts. Mikhail in particular has been very helpful towards me on a number of occasions. Give them your custom and not certain other bike shops nearby.
