Mums of SW London – Do you find it hard to build in time to exercise? Juggling looking after your children and staying on top of your day to day or weekly tasks is hard, not to mention tiring. Is it near impossible to find time for you?

Improving and maintaining your level of fitness is made harder by the fact that gym crèches are expensive (and rare) and maybe, when left to your own devices, you are guilty of not working to your full potential on every run, class or visit to the gym. Training with me at the private studio you don’t need to worry about either. Bring your little ones for no additional cost and get stuck in to your physical development.

Once signed off by the doctor (normally 6 + weeks) the task of reconditioning your body starts. I am both qualified and experienced at getting many clients feeling fitter than ever, have certainly helped all my clients change shape for the better and most importantly have got their bodies fully functioning - ready for the challenges that lie ahead.


Hardworking Professionals - Sustaining or increasing an active lifestyle whilst stuck behind the desk, for potentially more than a 9 hour day, is demanding on both time and energy. I work with many professionals before, during and after their working day. Goals vary, body conditioning, postural change, increasing levels of fitness and sporting performance. We live in an ever increasing fast paced modern world. It can be a real struggle to take the time out to fit in physical activity when we are time poor, stressed and not running from work to social activities or other commitments. It's hard to know how to find the balance. Or is it? I am located directly opposite Clapham Junction Station – Britain’s biggest railway station, easy to commute to and from, as well get to on foot. It couldn't be easier to get too. Being able to find and maintain that balance of a social, professional and physically active lifestyle has been made both accessible and realistic.
