Onbike Electric Bikes

We recently purchased electric mountain bikes from Onbike - really friendly knowledgable staff - spent a long time discussing our exact needs before offering us a range of bikes to suit. So much more helpful than the ‘big’ retailers who seemed more interested in getting our cash at any cost!! Over the moon with our bikes and the recommendation was spot on.. Just returned from the first service again couldn’t be more helpful & professional - even had a tutorial on maintenance whilst having a coffee - can’t recommend them highly enough!

The staff at OnBike were so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of bikes and drive systems. It was so good to test ride a couple of bikes and the staff were very professional throughout.
I would highly recommend you visit this shop if you are looking for an electric bike, you will not be disappointed!

I have read the negative comments with dismay as it does not reflect my experience with the shop and/or owner at any stage. I have sent many friends here and all of them have been happy, even the ones who decided not to buy a bike. One declined on costs being high but accepted they were quality bikes and more than she required rather than complaining about the high cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this business!

Really good guys, have been in the business for years. I heard a whisper that they were on if the first ebike shops to open in the U.K.!

Just rang to ask if they knew anywhere I could sell a virtually brand new e-bike and I was told in very abrupt terms that because we live in an untrusting world, I should expect to loose at least £700 because everyone will assume the battery is shot even though my bike has done 9 miles. I'd hate to be that untrusting

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Everything was explained in detail and I was helped to choose the ebike which was right for me.
My KTM ebike is FANTASTIC. So easy to ride and so now I am able to go cycling again as I'm not fit enough to ride my ordinary bike any more.

I was a bit daunted by the electric bike world, but after visiting onbike, all that had gone. They have a super smart shop, with loads of bikes to choose from and great friendly staff who answered all my questions.
Definitely visit onbike if you want on electric bike. Highly recommended.

I was disgusted when I entered this building. The owner was rude and hurtful towards me. All his bikes were over priced and he clearly didn't know much about what he was selling. I seriously recommend never going to this store.
