OnBoard exists to support talented and capable individuals from disadvantaged and non-traditional backgrounds to enhance their board-level competencies and confidence through training, mentoring and exposure to board opportunities. Together (with your support and our partners), we want to build better governance, increased representation and greater diversity of perspectives on boards for the benefit of wider society.
