One 77 Mortgages has been set up to offer a bespoke service for everyone in need of a mortgage, life insurance, critical illness cover and general insurance such as buildings & contents cover as well as business insurance. We specialise in new build properties and high net worth individuals and have close relationships with private banks which are more adept in dealing with the complex income make up of high net worth individuals. As well as dealing with the higher end of the market we deal with any mortgage from £10k to several million pounds-our experts know the market inside out and we do not charge a broker fee so you have nothing to lose by trying us! Finally, we are a whole of market broker meaning we can search all of the UK's deals and often have deals that are exclusive to us.
