One + is not your typical Chinese Restaurant. It's not fine dining but at the same time, it's not street food. It is fun and definitely an experience! One + is a Chinese Hotpot restaurant which entails the customer (you / your party) to cook your own food in your own individual hot pot which will be in front of you. You will pick the food you want to cook off a conveyor belt. . . similar to Yo! Sushi.

Food on offer includes:

- Fresh Vegetables
- Fresh Meats (some Halal)
- Fresh Seafood
- Others including crab sticks, fish balls, pork luncheon etc.

In total there are over 50 dishes to choose from with 16 types of dipping sauces and condiments to go with your freshly cooked food.

There is also 4 different flavors of stock you can choose from. These are:

- Hot Spicy - (Chinese Style & Most Popular)
- Tom Yum - (Thai Style)
- Chicken - (Not Spicy)
- Vegeterian - (Not Spicy)

There will also be a selection of drinks to choose from too. These include but not limited to:
