We are delighted to have been appointed on the refurbishment of an apartment within the grade 2 Listed Building Albert Hall Mansions, Knightsbridge. Our work in this splendid Norman Shaw building follows the live applications on listed buildings in Haslemere and Torquay.

Working from Home – Creating Space: These are the most challenging circumstances that we have experienced as a nation in peacetime in a century. As architects we have no more to offer than anyone else and can just try to be good citizens, decent people and continue as best we can. Progress at Bathgate Road Wimbledon. 2 months until the Shell and Core completion and the commencement of the fit out works.

Scaffolding now down at Chiddingfold. The conversion of a chalet bungalow into a 4 bedroom house now just 2 months from completion. Render and front veranda to commence this week

We are delighted to be assisting Haslemere Town Council with a small application on the Grade 2 Listed Town Hall which sits at the top of Haslemere's High Street. The application for the installation of CCTC cameras has now been submitted.
The Town and the Hall has an interesting and at times tragic history. For instance it was the site of the infamous Haslemere Riot of 29 July 1855 which saw the murder of the local police officer by drunken railway workers.

Less than a month to go until we handover to the fit out contractors at Twickenham. Slab down, p/b going up. Drainage in, Insulation and screed within the next week or so.

The roof going on at Bathgate Road, #Wimbledon and with the skylight opening formed the scale of the central staircase is becoming clear (even with the temporary one in place). Shell & core completion due early April.

2 weeks until the scaffolding comes down in Chiddingfold, Surrey, where what was a two bedroom chalet bungalow is making progress towards becoming a 4 bedroom family home. The windows are in, cladding on, 60% of the slate on and the lower floor works are underway.

Planning consent granted, 3 bedroom house boat within a private Thames inlet in Battersea. The project includes biodiversity enhancements such as fish refuges, nesting boxes, high and low level river wall planters and a sedum roof. Temporary works now removed at Twickenham (holding 2 floors of apartments in place during opening up/ demolition and extension of 3 retail units in Victorian terrace). Drainage in, slab to be poured this week. Shell & core completion due end of February.

Site meeting at Bathgate Road, Wimbledon where the 7000sqft new home is now up to 2nd floor. The final cranked steels to be installed this week, shell completion by end of April.

Firm progress on site in Chiddingfold is being well protected from the inclement weather and hidden from view by the scaffold and tarpaulin. The 2 bed chalet bungalow’s conversion into a 2 storey 4 bedroom family home is well underway. The scaffolding will be down next month when the extent of the change will be revealed.
