Onestep Cpd

OneStep is a bespoke professional development service where teachers introduce one CPD strategy into their teaching for 6 weeks. There are over 150 strategies to choose from, which range from behaviour management, effective planning, better marking strategies and everything in between. Teachers set their intent with a strategy of their choice, and implement it in their classrooms for a 6 week period. After the strategy is complete, teachers fill in their evaluation to measure the impact the strategy has had. All teachers receive a case study to evidence the CPD they have completed, to build up a 'cpd portfolio' which can be taken to meetings with their managers.
