Online Counselling Services

I live in Lancashire with my husband and three dogs. I have 2 children, 3 step-children a grand-daughter and 2 grand-sons.

I am a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling. I began online counselling as I realised that in some situations, it is easier for someone to "talk" by writing things down. Sometimes they might not feel comfortable sitting and talking to a Counsellor face-to face.
The other advantage that online counselling brings is that if you wake up at 3am you can just send an email and capture how you are feeling at that time. Many previous clients have found this system so convenient, and find that once that email has been sent they feel relief. I have also experienced first hand many of the problems that my clients are experiencing, which I think makes me the ideal person to listen to them.
As a counsellor I am just here to listen, not judge you or tell you what to do.
