Placed an order with OCD before I started doubting that I’d ordered the right sized fitting. They quickly provided a response informing me that I had, order was changed, difference refunded and delivered within two days. Will purchase from them again �

If I could give more than just a 5 Star rating I would. Matt and the guy's at OCD have done an impeccable job on my Scirocco and I am more exited than a child on Christmas morning about it. It's like to them it's not just ANOTHER car coming in to get work done on it, they actually take so much time/effort to get it right, suit your needs and make it unique, certainly to a much higher level than even I was expecting. Unlike other companies if something is wrong you get told about it and it will be rectified ASAP without being left leaving the workshop until perfect. Overall the general service/pricing/work/labour/time/effort and standard of work that has gone into my Rocco is something else! Thanks OCD! :)

after a couple of months of trying to get it sorted and get it back, it's finally sorted out

ordered material on October 26th -> today (December 23) I haven't yet received the material ..... not respond to email.....they say they received the material from their factory on December 21st.....and instead of closing orders and sending the material...close for holidays ..... leaving customers still waiting ..... bad bad service ....if one of my clients needs a replacement of their products must wait for months? absurd

My lad has been waiting over a month for rear air bags for his polo. Just gets fobbed off with broken promises and now no response when calling to request tracking number. Not the best way to run a business, I'm guessing negative feedback is deleted. Paypal case now opened for money back.
