We are really happy to have chosen OnTime Hajj & Umrah to put together our Umrah package for our little family. The whole trip was very well planned by Ontime Hajj & Umrah with exceptional tour guides. Brother Moklisur organised an amazing ziyarat tour, which was very interesting and enjoyable.



Both of the hotels (Dar Al Tawhid & Hilton) we stayed at were within easy reach of the two main Masjids.



Travelling with my mum who has mobility issues, we felt well looked aftered and all our needs were met.

My personal experience is that the destination Mecca n medina are phenomenal and out of this world. The feeling and happiness to enjoy and glorify and fulfil ur umra duties is of pure sincere devotion. So one has to be focused n not be distracted by other things which cn affect ur relationship with the creators home Kaaba sharif and his beloveds masjid n home town.

I cannot describe in words how these guys have helped me out at the last minute. After my previous travel agent completely messed up my booking 3 days before leaving for Umrah I suddenly realised I didn't have any hotels booking although I had paid for it 6 months ago. I suddenly had to accept that I might not me going and it was completely devastating for the family as it was our first time. After approaching these guys quite reluctantly it seemed too good to be true that they were able to get me the hotels I wanted and at a cheaper price as well within the day, when other travel agents I approached couldn't. I still didn't believe that I did have the bookings until I got on to the plane and directly confirmed with the hotel by phone. It turned out to be a fantastic experience and their team in Saudi is absolutely brilliant. Abdul Helim and Rahul Amin were fantastic. They have made the whole experience simply the best one. I even had help with baby sitting my 5 year old twins while we performed tahajjud and fajr at 3am in the morning. These guys are highly recommended and very honest. I'm already thinking about my next trip with them.

Asalamalykum, this was our first booking with Ontime Hajj and Umrah and we have been totally blown away. Firstly, this company cannot be beaten on price for a totally 5 star experience. We were able to go on Umrah; specify our flights, boarding preferences and hotels and combine this with a luxury holiday in Abu Dhabi Yas Island for only a little more. (This was proving very difficult with other tour operators, some of whom gave up and didn't even have the courtesy of calling us back!) During our trip we were able to communicate with the Brothers at Ontime via Whatsapp whenever we needed any information or guidance, they never once failed to respond and always ensured they checked up on us from time to time, and especially during our transitional days from one destination to the other. They truly made this our best ever Umrah experience and our stay at Abu Dhabi was truly one of our best holidays to date. We can't thank them enough, and moving forward we only ever intend to book our religious trips and even holidays with Ontime from now on. We unreservedly recommend them - a totally caring, reliable and courteous company that go out of their way to create very pleasant memories!

Asalaamualaykum bhai, what can i say... alhamdullillah it was an amazing experience. Umrah was made very easy alhamdullillah and we had alot of time to focus on ibadah. Having withdrawal symptoms from Saudi already lol. Honestly the package was completely hassle free and the experience was amazing alhamdullillah. May allah swt bless you and your business and jazakAllahu khaira for your efforts on getting this done. In sha Allah we will go with you again if we're able to and i will definitley recommend you to everyone i know bhai. In sha allah we'll meet up soon when i'm in East london next. Will call shortly.
