Ordered a scooter for my sons birthday online and didn’t get an email confirmation. There online portal doesn’t give you any delivery info. I sent several emails asking them to confront they received my order and they didn’t reply. When I called i wasn’t greeted very well and was just told it was dispatched. Called the day after as wanted the delivery info and tracking as again they didn’t answer my email and was given the tracking number but didn’t show up on the carrier website. Called them back and they said it was out for delivery - didn’t turn up - thanks a lot ! Child now doesn’t have birthday present.

I called about hiring a couple of mountain bikes and asked various questions over the phone to which I was told a pack of lies by the shop assistant because when I attended to pay £140 in deposits and then £15 each bike I was shown the bicycle and let's be honest I could pick the bikes up they were trying to hire out for £15 each when I confronted them about the lies I was told over the phone I was met by all I can say is someone that had crawled out of the shadows scruffy dirty and rude! If this is the customer service they provide then I'm surprised they are even still in business

Great place to upgrade your bicycle or buy new one, very helpful people. I had a problem with my gears and jumping chain. Very professional approach, after 1 day i got my bike fitted with new chain and crank set, gears properly aligned and everything works again smoothly,thanks Lucas

Personally I'm disappointed To the right I only had brakes I left the bike on Friday and asked to be repaired before Monday Because he needs to go to work.The service said that no problem calling me on Sunday.I was very happy. But not for long No one called me on Sunday and did not leave the message that the bike would not be ready..If I knew that this would be the case then I would definitely have chosen another service. What a waste of my time.

Took my GT grade in for a service as gears and brakes needed sorting. Really impressed with the work they did on the bike and it felt like it was a new bike again. Polite staff with Mike taking the bike in and taking note of everything that needed doing. Was called to confirm the service had been done in the exact time I was told it would be. Great service, decent staff and value for money

Brought some forks for my bike, the sevice was great, they​ cut them to the right length for free.

Working for Deliveroo in Bournemouth often leaves me needing the odd repair or adjustment when I don't have a spare tube or tool on me.

Very helpful staff who are always knowledgable and eager to help, dispite how busy they often are.

An early Sunday morning ride ended prematurely with three broken spokes and a buckled back wheel, a quick Google looking for a local Scott agent led me to "on yer bike" in Charminster. Massively impressed with the staffs helpful attitude and professional manor. My bike was fixed by lunch time and back on the road with minimal fuss and cost. Thoroughly recommend this shop and I am pleased to say you have won yourselves a loyal customer. 10/10
