Very disappointed as the friend who had sent me the flowers had spent a lot of money and would have expected high quality. I rang the shop to say that the lilies had died before they had opened .I had been trimming the bottom of the storks on arrival and each day as well as changing the water. When I rang the shop I was told just to bring in the dead flowers as these were in the bottom of the dustbin I'm sure I'm not fishing in a dirty dustbin. I had no apologies from the shop and as I explained I only wanted them to be aware of the condition of the flowers they send out by Interflora.
