We are looking forward to this years Happy Heads Event. A great event focusing on how you can look after your mental health. Hope to see you there.
Emma speaks so openly and honestly about her personal experience of OCD. Its great that mental health is being spoken about it such an open way. We need to continue having conversations about mental heath to end the stigma associated with it, so that everyone is able to access the support they need.

The number of students seeking mental health support while studying at university has increased by more than 50% in five years. This is shocking, more support from universities is needed and the sigma around getting help needs to change. #letstalkitout https://t.co/uKFy6sEF6Z
Mental health crisis services are so important and very underfunded. Good to see the Government acknowledging how important mental health services are. https://www.itv.com/…/hammonds-2bn-budg et-boost-for-mental…/
