I read about this online and thought I would give it a try. My baby has been up every night since he was 2 weeks old, not once or twice but every hour from 7pm till 6am. However it didn't make an awful difference to my bloating but I put that down to water retention. The feminine ones seem fab but it's not been long enough to decide how well they're working in that area. So far so good. I have suffered for years with ibs tried everything under the sun to ease the pain and discomfort especially the bloating which was a nightmare when buying clothes then I found optibac probiotics there are different kinds I got the ones with saccharomyces boulardii on second months supply now and I would be afraid to run out, you feel them working after a few days, I feel on top of the world. hope this is helpful
