Very helpful - Impressive service from both technician and optician, reasonable price and speedy efficient delivery. I had a glasses emergency while on business in Uxbridge (I broke both pairs) , and had a long drive the next day and needed fixing or replacements – initially I approached a large competitor and baulked at the price and to be honest their approach – and came across Optical Warehouse Optician in the Pavilions Centre - the technician talked me through the options and came up with replacements. I did think this would take some time and was pleasantly surprised when I was wearing my new glasses within an hour. What was even more surprising was how sharp and clear the replacements were – like my vision has been restored by 10 years. I break my glasses about every 18 months so expect me back next year – thanks guys.

Optical warehouse always exceed expectations. From a customer who cares about image, and isn’t fond of glasses, they certainly changed my perspective. Absolutely loving my jimmy choo specs! It may have taken many selfies to make my mind up, but with the support of the team, i soon had my stunning specs.

Absolutely great staff, all polite and courteous, they always make time to chat and get to know and understand their customers. And you can always have a laugh and joke with them.

Just back from a very pleasant glasses update experience. Personal treatment from the proprietor himself who clearly is a true professional and knows how to treat his customers. Will certainly be using Optical Warehouse again.

I´m very happy, I got my varyfocal lens with Ray Ban frames and the running glasses Adidas . All perfect . I recommend.

I would like to praise the staff at Optical Warehouse Uxbridge, they are all very friendly and how many staff would you remember you by name after 2 years. The whole service from entering the shop, undergoing an eye test, choosing the frames and collecting my glasses has been top class. A member of staff even produced some frames from upstairs that matched the colour I was after...WOW I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Optical Warehouse

The excellent personalised service is second to none. From booking my eye test, to choosing the right pair of glasses, keeping me updated regarding my appointments and my order, the whole team have been very helpful and accommodating. I was also very happy with my premium eye test, which carried out thorough examinations, above and beyond the standard eye test. The wide variety of frames at competitive prices, means you are sure to find just what you are looking for, accompanied with a fantastic service!

I hate buying glasses, I expect them to break or be lost quickly. I want them as cheap as possible. Staff here helped me choose a pair of robust but light distance glasses that I like the look of and improve my vision beyond my expectations. I happily paid more than I thought I wanted to , even though they had cheaper options that seemed appealing. That was down to the helpful , but in now way pushy approach of the staff. I was so delighted I bought reading glasses as well. No more pound shop bargains, I'll happily take care of these as they seem perfect and comfortable. They did the same buy a second pair for half price that the other places do. it felt like dealing with friendly professionals rather than a supermarket style experience.

I bought this 4 years ago, still in very good conditions, especially the lenses. They are very good quality and stand out compared to others.
