What an outstanding range of frames and such an amazing personal service. Is it a wonder I insist on travelling all the way from Birmingham to get my glasses?! Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you Ali and team for going beyond the expectations of your customers and patients.

This is an excellent opticians which provides a first rate service, consideration and patience with our complex situations. Can't recommend it highly enough.

It been said by others, but let me reiterate. Optical Warehouse Opticians in Southgate offer fantastic personal service. From booking an appointment to walking out of the door.



I was encouraged to re-glaze my own frames, despite having a wonderful range of frames in their store. I DID recycle my frames, and because i was so impressed with the service, I bought a whole new pair too.



I was told the sunglasses may take well over a week, while the plain glasses would take a week. 5 days later, I got a text to say ALL my glasses were ready for pick-up. When I went to collect them, I was addressed by name! Fantastic.



I usually shop around and am not a loyal customer unless I have been impressed. I have been impressed and will be back to Optical Warehouse Opticians in Southgate for my next check up and frames.

I have been having going to optical warehouse (Southgate) since 2009 and the service is amazing. The staff there are very friendly, helpful and honest. I was interested in getting transition lenses so I asked a member of staff about it and they kindly told that because of the lenses I had it would cost me a lot of money and would make any difference to my sight.

They also have an abundance of frames and if they don’t have a particular brand in stock they are more than happy to order it for you. I had wanted a pair of cycling glasses but they did not have the brand that I wanted in stock and I was shown ones they had in stock and it way a much better brand (adidas) than the one I was looking for, it had interchangeable lenses, it had a strap to securely hold the frames in place and the lenses don’t flog up when I’m cycling.

The waiting time to see the optician is not long which is very good. The optician does a though eye test and my lenses prescription has gone down because my sight has improved which is never done by other opticians I had been to.

The other wonderful thing about optical warehouse is it they do not constantly send me junk mail reminding me that I need to book an appointment for an eye check-up instead they send me text reminding me that I need to have my eye test.

I would recommend optical warehouse to anyone.

Go In and see Ali, the service there is fantastic. He will spend the time with you to find you the best pair of glasses. I travel over 25 miles to go and see him for the service and price. Trust me if you go there once you won't go anywhere else.
