Optimum Body is a soft tissue specialist clinic providing professional quality sports and deep tissue massage, rehabilitation and nutritional advice.

Sports massage and soft tissue therapy is used to treat all manner of pains, injuries and conditions. It is not exclusively for sports people either! Gone are the days of painful sports massage, as I will work within your pain range to ensure quick recovery - and not to be covered in bruises!
Using advanced techniques I can assess and treat you, which will help to speed up your recovery and help minimise further injury.
I am also qualified in kinesiology taping (Rocktape RockDoc) and I am a gym instructor.
