Autologic are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join its team based in Oxford, UK in an exciting new role as Remote Assist Programming (RAP) Technician.
This role will provide Autologic customers with vital vehicle programming support services via remote access using the customer’s device. During these remote access sessions, the technician will be required to operate various applications, updating them as necessary, and to communicate with the customer on progress th...roughout the session.
The applicant will be responsible for the entire process from making and managing appointments, through to completion and taking payments as necessary.
Applicants for this role will need to possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage schedules/sessions.
Required Skills:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/Outlook) Remote desktop support experience System and application configuration Excellent communication skills
Desirable skills:
IT helpdesk experience
