We pop in often. Sometimes with our grand children. Every time we've visited the staff have been really lovely & welcoming. The food is excellent, very reasonably priced, not long to wait once ordered & is hot when it is served to the table.

I would recommend a visit if you've not been before

Popped in here early evening yesterday with my husband as we had some time to kill before sons football match in the stadium. Used the toilets which were very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Both my husband and I ordered some chicken in a bucket, didn't have to wait to long for it to arrive and when it did it was piping hot and plenty of it.

Omg this is the BEST food on the planet!! Very good prices in a lovely family friendly pub, 10/10 5* you really need to try it

My very first ever visit and I couldn't fault it. I had two great pints of Bitter Shandy ( I was driving) Which were perfect, and followed it up with fabulous Hunters Chicken and a mint Choc ice cream sundae...

Nice to see traditional pub games of darts and pool supported too.

Well done Orange Tree, I shall certainly try to pop back even though your far from local to me...

I am a regular at the orange tree and nothing is too much trouble for Dave and the staff. When mum died it was the obvious place to hold the wake as mum was always made welcome. Everything was just right, the band the food and we were looked after. Thanks to Dave and the team x

As soon as we went in , we were warmly welcomed by pleasant staff. Had a lovely pint of San Miguel on a very hot day.



We decided to have a meal and chose a burger and a drink that was on a meal deal price. We didn't expect a lot for the price but what a lovely surprise. The food was very tasty and a good portion size. Excellent value for money .



I fully recommend that you give it a try and try one of the meals on offer at a great price.



WELL DONE Orange Tree , were coming back .

An unplanned evening out (06/08/16) turned into one of the best nights in recent years. Good food, fantastic music, excellent drinks and just on my door step. What more could I ask for?

It's so good to see we haven't lost all of our pubs and there are still some out there that put customer service above all else.

The refurbishment has really opened the place up.

It looks bigger and cleaner.....and so much nicer now the awful orange stripes have gone.

Nice little pub good beer garden and good food ...cheap beer £2-59 pint

I took my neighbour for a meal today the service was good landlady very sociable and the meal was very nice I would recommend it

Went there last night. It was very quiet. Our food arrived very slowly over a 40 minute period so when the last meal arrived the first meals had been eaten. The staff were very unhelpful and offered no explanation or apology.

Went here on sunday the 3rd of june with my family after waiting over an hour for are food then to have my roast put in front of me which was not nice at all the roast pototes where burnt the chicken was also over cooked to the point i could not put my folk into it also the stuffing was burnt i told them about it and thay took it away and cooked me a new piece of chicken which was no better in the end myself and my family just got up and left will not be going here again was disapointed as we have been there in the past and it had been good food and service

Waited too long and wife's pie was frozen inside. Will not be back

Plastic glasses and pre booking tables is just wrong...... England game or not...it's a pub....no class

Not even worth the 1* rating. Been going here for the past couple of years and the service, food and drink has gone down drastically!! Ordered food and was told 40 minute wait which soon turned into an hour and 15 min wait as others in my group had ordered and received their food within 15 minutes after ordering an hour after myself I thought this was unacceptable. When I requested a refund I was then met with the manager who proceeded to argue with me that she had attempted to give my food to someone else but they claimed it was not theirs so she put it back in the kitchen. She then proceeded to tell me that it was still in the back waiting to which I was not accepting this as who knows how long it had been sitting there!!! I can honestly say the need for an argument over my claims for a refund was unacceptable. The food is over priced for the quality it is, on different occasions they have run out of a number of named lager and the service is completely shocking!!! Would not recommend!

No care seems to be taken with any customers regardless of the amount of money we spend behind the bar. There are always beer pumps out of action, the wait for food is ridiculous, if you question the staff they lie to your face. Surely the customer is always right? Its a shame because before the new management the staff arrived it was decent and we received decent service. Would not recommend.

Has gone downhill hugely since dave has left management, new manager doesn't seem to care, no staff and long waits on food. Disappointing and frustrating as it used to be such a good pub. Also constantly running out of beer.

Foods over priced for what it is. £10 for a burger and chips burger was average and chips where cold and the portion was tiny. The senior meal is so small it's not even worth it. But the staff where helpful. Looks like a nice pub but not for food.
