Orbit Cycles

Convenient for spares.
I try to 'shop local' whenever I can, but rather expensive compared to online and bigger bike store like Halfords.
£14 for a set of brake inners and White brake cables for my Daughter's bike.

He did throw the end caps in for free though.

These guys do not have a clue, if he was as good at repairing bikes as he is chatting then superb!!!

I sent my Orbit frame off to these guys in April 2016 for a re spray, with the promise it would be back to me in 3 to 4 weeks. There in followed excuse after excuse after excuse as to why it had not been completed. This went on for over 5 months, until I eventually gave up and requested the frame back...guess what? they even posted the wrong frame back to me at this point, unbelievable :-( Mind you they did manage to epoxy primer the frame.....not bad for 5 months work!!!!!!
Very bad service, very bad updates and very poor communication. I was always chasing them for answers.
I've been a keen cyclist all of my life and am a qualified Cycle Technician and this is the worst bike shop I've ever dealt with, not even worthy of a 1 star rating. Zero stars from me.
Definitely not recommended :-(
