Orchard Farm Holiday Village

Second time we have stayed in one of the quaint cottages at Orchard Farm. Fantastic facilities, great people and very very relaxing:)

We rented a cottage here and it's really nice. It's got three bedrooms a large living room and dining Room and a good sized kitchen. It's about 5 minutes from Filey. It's got a lake a railway and a playground.

Very friendly and helpful staff nice bar area catering for people with and without children unfortunately not many people support the bar and bingo when it's on and karaoke seems to be quite a feature but all in all there's something for most ages we've enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

Lovely site.plenty of facilities for all the family.swimming pool pub playground fishing lake miniature train big field for dogs and children.shower block. Very well kept.

Been there for the last 5 year's had a great time will be there this year very clean and tidy site staff are superb and very helpful visited 9 others to have a look but orchard farm is the best I have seen grass cut regular toilets cleaned every day and no trouble on the site

Never again. Said there was a bar. Did not say no kids. You have to sit in a cattle shed with your child if you fancy a pint. Of your in your 60s you will love it you don't have to talk to anybody as nobody seems to want to chat. Full of curtain twitchers. Crows nest is down the road orchard farm staff should go there and see how it's done.

Super friendly staff and great little bar for evening entertainment etc. Nice playground for the kids. We were situated in one of the far flung grass pitches for caravans/tents, which quickly became muddy following a bit of rain however. Not a huge issue but could probably do with a bit of resurfacing.

Loved Orchard farm great for families would recommend

We having been to orchard farm around 16 times and have never been disappointed. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. The cottages are comfy, clean, warm and we'll equipped. In a fab setting with good facilities.
