We've never been good at saying goodbye, so we have decided not to.
Our offices are closed but provisions have been made for us all to work from home, independently and continue to help guide and advise tenants, landlords, buyers and vendors through this difficult and uncertain time
I myself happen to be one of the unlucky 1.5 million asked to isolate for the next 12 weeks, but the rest of the team will hopefully be out in 3 - with good behaviour.
... We have sent our messages of support directly to our customers and clients, but wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who follow us on here for making the last couple of years brilliant fun.
We have seen so much growth and support and we can't wait for it to continue.
This year marked our 18th year trading and we had some big plans, but the year is still young and I believe if we are all sensible and follow the government guidance properly we can get through this difficult time together, hopefully with a stronger understanding of why our everyday relationships, make such a big difference to us, and just how important each and everyone of you are.... and yes I'm talking about you too!

COVID-19 UPDATE 3
Following todays announcement we wanted to continue to reassure our clients and potential customers. Viewings & Valuations are continuing with safety measures in place and under the strict agreement of our vendors, tenants, landlords and applicants.
To ensure the safety of all our staff and clients we have adopted the following procedures
... 1) Routine temperature readings for all members of staff. 2) Disinfecting individual work areas both at the start of the working day and the end of the working day. 3) Increasing our staffs already high hygiene levels by imposing strong guidance on washing of hands 4) Providing access to hand sanitiser throughout our offices for use before viewings and after viewings, and any client contact. 5) All members of staff are provided with gloves to wear on viewings and valuations and also to provide to applicants and vendors/tenants should they wish. 6) We are implementing working from home for some members of our staff to ensure that those most at risk are least exposed. 7) We are working with our vendors to create HD virtual tours to enable applicants to view properties from the comfort of their homes. 8) For our managed properties we are ensuring any and all essential maintenance is prioritised. 9) We are asking four simple questions before booking in any contractors, viewers or valuations, 1) Have you been abroad in the last 14 days 2) Has any of your household been asked to isolate 3) Has any member of your household including yourself shown any symptoms 4) Are you happy to wear gloves supplied.

In order to help our clients feel more comfortable for viewings to continue we have introduced the additional following measures over and above the steps taken previously;
1) Disposable gloves provided for all our staff. 2) A three step assessment of potential viewers for our vendors to make an informed decision; Have they been abroad in the last 14 day. Do they have a fever or cough? Has any member of the household been asked to self isolate? 3) Virtual Tours for anyone con...cerned about carrying out viewings in person. COVID-19 - Our policy and a message to all of our clients
Just like everyone else, we have been watching the news unfolding of Covid-19 and working to ensure we have the best practises in place to safe guard our clients and our staff.
We have in place simple daily checks for all members of staff to ensure we remain aware of any symptoms that may appear.
... Our staff have our full backing should they need to self-isolate and we encourage them to do so even with the lightest of symptoms.
Our vendors and on the market tenants have been contacted to ensure they are comfortable for viewings to continue and that they know how best to safe guard themselves.
We of course will be changing some aspects of how we operate, so please do not be offended if we do not shake your hand and you see our staff apply antibac before and after meetings.
We have in place contingency plans to enable our staff to work from home if required.
As always the well-being of our staff and clients is paramount to us and any tenant/landlord, vendor or buyer who has concerns we welcome you to contact us to discuss it.
