received a massage as a gift and having had every type under the sun, arrived with no expectations. I have to say it was beyond exceptional. Being an x-dancer my body needs regular work to help aches and pains so I was advised to take the Chinese massage from Spenser who proceeded to use a combination of many therapies such as trigger point, deep tissue, lymph drainage and manipulating my hips and areas which I've never had worked on before. It was quite unique. The top of my foot had been agony for 3 days and upon departure, as well as feeling like a different person all over, I had no pain whatsoever in my foot. This is a first for me. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend paying more than one visit here. Julia, London

It was the best massage I ever had in my life, the therapist was so good, experienced and professional, i always have the very sore neck and shoulder, lots of knots, just after one session I feel like a new person, my neck and shoulder felt so good and lighter,now I am going to do 6 more sessions.Highly recommend!

Very rude people! My husband and my 7 month-old baby were asked to leave as they couldn't wait in the waiting area. It was raining outside. No respect for customers, least child-friendly place in London.

Decor in rooms outdated, dull n dreary.

Decor in hallway shud be in rooms as nicer n calmer.

Massagist was ok, but didn't introduce herself.

The main light should have been switched off n have calm lighting with nice ambient music to relax u in such a dull room.

The doctor came in to do the acupuncture second half, was not friendly did not introduce himself n I found his English hard to understand. It would be nice to be communicated to what he was about to do as I've never had acupuncture before.

The only friendly person was the lady at reception.

They could really brush up on their customer service skills n decor.
