Used to order from here alot as the food used to be spot on but last 3 or 4 meals ordered have been disappointing. Not sure weather they have changed chef or suppliers but the food has gone down hill. Had a really bad dish which we complained about and the owner came to inspect it and agreed to give us discount next time we ordered but this promise wasnt kept. After continuing to order despite the poor customer service we recieved, our next few orders were very bland, maybe this was a result of our complaint?! Will be finding a new Chinese to order from as the food isnt good enough to keep ordering anymore

Best Chinese in the area, quality meat and ingredients. Good value.

Good customer service and their delivery times are good. Some items are too pricey, boiled rice for £3.10 is ridiculous. Although everything is cooked, there is a lot of produce that was not fresh and I could taste the amount of preservatives on the vegetables which is why I won't be a customer anymore as my stomach is very sensitive to these and can make me ill.

Very nice ppl hot food I onli used this Chinese now and it's not a greasey as the other I have tried

terrible service on the phone and by driver.
Told me that it would be 45 mins delivery and it was 1hour 10mins waiting time. called twice and told me its on the way, should of said what the waiting time is as she said that its busy. delivery driver was very rude and no apology from anyone. just 'what do you want me to do about it" won't be ordeing from these people again.

The food is so greasy and tasteless. All the rice is reheated and the service when you complain is terrible and no comp for my horrible food , don't go here unless you like tasteless greasing food

Always have had a lovely experience. Great food and decent delivery times. Always get freebies depending on how much you order! Would recommend.

Avoid. Rude staff who dont know what they are doing. Had ordered once before and had a great experience but a few weeks later I was sat down and they tried to deliver what was obviously someone elses food so I explained and delivery man huffed and puffed and went away. Tried ordering another time and they refused to deliver as I had cost them money as I had cancelled my order and cancelled the card payment. Explained it was not me and the people that had ordered it had obviously cancelled as they didnt get their food but it was not me, asked them to check the name on card cancelled and they just kept telling me it was me. Even said i would be happy to pay cash but they still wouldnt deliver. Was disgusted by their attitude and their lack of acceptance to their mistakes.

AVOID AVOID AVOID we ordered food and it was 45 minutes late, phoned up during that time and told "it was on its way" then delivery man very rude saying "it's not my fault it's late" over and over. We refused to pay full price and he wouldn't give us any of the food. Don't order from them, late and rude rude rude.
