. . HONEYPOT HAZE . Paul and I were delighted this afternoon to catch up with Kate Browning of The Honeypot Children's Charity (www.honeypot.org.uk) in the New Forest, Hampshire.... . Honeypot works to enhance the lives of young carers and vulnerable children, aged 5 - 12 years old - the only charity in the UK to provide respite breaks and on-going outreach support throughout a child's formative years. . We gave Honeypot a loan of a doTERRA Essential Oils diffuser and some doTERRA essential oils to use with the children, to see if this could possibly help during their short respite breaks, to provide a calming atmosphere before bedtimes, and also perhaps to help create a positive energising atmosphere first thing in the morning. . Honeypot gives young carers a break from their normal demanding and stressful responsibilities at home, and provides a safe, nurturing environment where children at risk can develop to their full potential. . Children come to Honeypot House, in the New Forest, Hampshire, or to Honeypot Pen y Bryn, Mid-Wales, to take a break alongside their peers. Activities such as riding a bike, learning to swim, going on a trip to the beach are often experienced for the very first time. . Most importantly, children have a chance to be children. They can play, make friends, and create memories to cherish for years to come. . I was lucky enough to have a one to one with Liz a short while ago and hear about how beneficial the detorra oils are to your health and well being.



I suffer with migraines and find that conventional medication does not always work. Liz kindly talked me through which essential oils that I would most benefit from and offered me a variety of samples to try which would help in other areas and gave me some useful instructions on how to best use them. Franckinsence was one she gave me for my migraines and recommended inhaling peppermint for days when I was feeling low and could feel the start of a headache.



I have got to say how wonderful these products are and noticed the benefits of using them. I have had no migraines in a week – can not believe how quickly they worked.
