My friend and I had a lovely pedicure today. Excellent, very friendly and polite service. Made you feel very welcome. Would recommend this place to many people. So happy with results, have booked again for a few weeks time.

Just floated home from my Lomi Lomi massage. Well what can I say -



Yolanda was absolutely fantastic. Super welcoming and sweet (as was her husband). The treatment room is nice, warm, clean, well decorated, exceptional massage couch (so many are flimsy and I worry they won’t take my weight if I move too much), nice accessories and an electric blanket under the towels... genius in winter weather!



From briefly chatting to the couple this is a husband and wife team with a new business of under a year. I cannot recommend it enough. I will definitely be returning for more massages.

From the moment we entered my friend and I were well looked after. We had booked a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial each. The husband and wife team were amazing. We were left feeling super relaxed and made to feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Excellent gym for anyone, whether your a beginner or have been training for a long time.

As well as the gym they offer A* treatments from eyebrow waxing to sports massage.

Would strongly reccommend to anyone.

Both Brian and Yolanda are excellent masseurs and a really great couple. I've been fortunate to have a massage with both of them and they are equally brilliant. I actually live near Littlehampton, so it's quite a trek over to Eastbourne but thoroughly worth it for a massage from these two.
