Surrounded by family and close friends, Tim and Charlotte exchanged their vows. Everyone seemed to manage dodging the showers and wind whilst making their way through the beautiful gardens of Castle Ashby House to the marquee in the walled gardens. Of course, all proceeded to drink and dance the night away celebrating with the lovely couple.

Took 6 weeks for them to return our deposit. We had to chase them up daily as Annette offered the worse customer service i’ve ever experienced. They say they will call back in 10 mins... but they never do, so

again the next day we’re chasing them



£1200 is not loose change, so trying to get it back for over 6 week period was very stressful!

So the review is very much justified.



We contacted the property ombudsman to lodge a complaint and we will follow this up during the coming days.



New tenants keep a keen eye, as OB try to deduct money for items that weren’t in the property!



Very disappointed with this agency.
