We recently had our annual AA inspection for Ormonde House and received an incredibly positive response from the inspection. We received a Merit score reaching the top marks for a 3 star hotel. The report especially congratulated our kitchen team with great praise on our food, mentioning both the taste and presentation being very good. Well Done to all our hard working team here at Ormonde House and thank you to all our lovely guests for making the atmosphere at Ormonde House warm and friendly. This is the second time here and certainly will not be the last ... we booked last minute for New Years eve and there was no problem at all rooms are always very clean and fresh .. there is no fuss here just good honest Staff very chilled everyone is which makes the stay a perfect expireance... then there is the food... you would not get better in a top class restaurant we had a 5 course New Years Eve special menue ... and it was very special ..not also forgetting the superb choice of breakfast in the morning keep up the great work guys and don't change !!

Hotel is lovely. It's my place to escape for peace and quiet. Lovely friendly staff and food to die for and a view of the ponies what more could anybody want.

Had a lovely time here- staff were so accommodating and friendly the room was a great size that had access to a small garden area which was lovely, and was really comfortable with great good quality tea for the room and a fridge, the food in the restaurant was delicious both for breakfast and dinner- will definitely go back again
