Osprey is your local cheerleading team for all the family!
Whether you just want to have fun, keep fit or learn new skills we are the place for you. With both competitive and participation teams, we cater to all ages and abilities.
Cheerleading is a fast growing sport in the UK for girls and boys. It involves 4 main aspects; stunts, tumbling, dance and jumps. Stunts, also known as lifts, make up the main part of a cheer routine. Tumbling, is the next main part, involving many gymnastics & free-running skills. Dance and jumps make up the rest of a routine. You don't have to have any experience in any of these areas to be part of Osprey however! Cheerleading is split into 6 levels, therefore meaning everyone, of any ability, can take part!
