Visited here following a recommendation. Amazing food, the service was excellent, could not fault it at all, staff were all lovely. Would highly recommend, book before hand as very popular and quite rightly so!

This little italian is an absolute gem of a find. The staff were friendly and wonderful. The food was phenomenal, best italian I've had, and incredibly reasonably priced. And the service was great, nothing wad too much trouble. Already planning a next visit.

The service is excellent, and fast, but they also give you time between with each course, the atmosphere they have created is a quiet and relaxing, the menu has a lot of choices and the food is very well presented and cooked. I have never visited Paulo's before but have been there three times in the last month. Can recommend them. Can't say any better than that.

Simply the best Italian restaurant in Shrewsbury. Probably the best restaurant in Shrewsbury altogether. This place is real; people need to stop going to all these chains that are cropping up everywhere; they have no soul. The value and service, atmosphere and food at Paulo's is amazing.

My husband was dubious about eating Italian but when we entered the restaurant we were put at ease by the friendly helpful staff the meal was delicious my husband and I rate it as one of the best meals we have ever eaten.

My favourite restaurant! Food was perfect with good portion sizes and the service was lovely. The chef came out to see us personally and made sure everything was alright! Would definitely go again - I think it's going to become a tradition!

It's not the first time my husband and myself have been here, and it is always amazing. A large choice on the menu and a specials board also. Wonderful Italian dishes, not just pasta, fantastic service genuine Italian hospitality absolutely brilliant.

Had an amazing meal on Monday evening while celebrating my daughters 18th Birthday. There was 10 in our party one of which was gluten intolerant . A lovely evening had by all �, As is always the case . Thank you very much Masimo and Matt ,love Jo, Beth and Alice xx�

First time me and my partner went and it was beautiful. Such a lovely and tranquil restaurant. Service and food was excellent!! Very highly reccomended! Best Italian and best restaurant I have been to in a very long time. Will definitely be attending again!! 10/10 :) :D

Fantastic food friendly staff and couldn't do enough for us. Overall our favorite place to eat. Even better no phone signal for our particular provider so makes the night even better.

Every time we go it is incredible, the food and flavours are stunning and the service is great and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to everyone! Best Italian by far! �

Came here for my daughter's 14th birthday had a lovely time food was lovely staff very friendly and accomodating. Kids really enjoyed themselves and when they asked questions they were answered. They even put a candle in my daughter's ice cream and sang happy birthday. Chef came out asked if we had had a good time and the meal was OK. Will definitely be going back

Came here for my 21st with a party of 16 people and the service was really good, had drinks when we needed etc.

Food was so tasty really enjoyed my meal and most of us cleared the plates! Lovely atmosphere clean.

And well priced!

Called in Tuesday evening with no reservation. Very busy. Found us a table. Very nice staff and best Italian I’ve had in ages. Excellent!

Been a long time ago for a birthday and really liked it so decided to come back again recently, service was great, staff were very helpful and friendly. Good selection of drinks and food was great. Don't expect pub grub size portions, its Definitely quality over quantity here! Not that I minded! Spent about £65 which got myself and the better half 3 courses a bottle of wine and coffees after
