A beautiful looking station that actually seems to have a real person working at it - and a helpful one at that.

Beautiful listed station. Helpful staff and convenient for local residents.

Plane. Plane. Plane. Plane after bloody plane. Noise would be unbearable on the main road if you were to stay for an extended time period in the historic village of Osterley. I was most disappointed at the ban on cycling in Jubilee Park which for me left a sour taste on my visit.

Lovely old style London Underground station with fantastic design details.
Wonderfully maintained and clean and thanks to TFL for keeping our public transport system top notch.

Beautiful example of a 1930s Charles Holden station in inter-war modernist style. Nice use of concrete and traditional red brick. Fun fact: the tower is actually a ventilation shaft.

I hope this feedback will be considered and taken on board. I know that the London Underground is meant to take in lost property. Last night, I tried asking a member of staff to take in some lost property. He gave an unclear response and pointed to the ticket counter. I couldn't slip the object in through to the other side of the counter in the office because the opening was closed. I tried knocking on the window and asking if anyone is in there but no one answered. The same staff member was vague and unhelpful when I saw him again. He did not seem friendly or willing to help at all. Shortly afterwards, he left through the back door without any apology.

Personally, even though I understand he may have finished his office hours and wanted to go home at the late night hour, I don't see why he couldn't have spared one minute to take the lost property from me and put it inside the office that was right in front of him. I don't think he would have behaved in this manner if he thought of how he would feel if he was that unfortunate passenger who lost something that might have been important. I was disappointed by standard of service this time after remembering how good and helpful Underground staff were towards my dad when they took in and returned a book my dad lost on a train a few years ago.

I suggest there should be a clear procedure, training and instructions for Underground staff and passengers regarding lost property.
