I had been deaf with impacted ear wax for nearly a week. I booked on a Saturday and was seen on the Monday. Within ten minutes Somiya had removed the wax by micro suction and given me back my hearing. After a couple of days I felt that there was still a minor blockage in my left ear. I was seen again immediately at no extra cost. I was reassured that my ears were healthy and free of wax but that there was some loose dry flaky skin remaining in my left ear, which proved too uncomfortable to remove. Somiya assured me that this was quite normal after wax had been there a long time and that the dry skin would make its way out naturally. This reassurance was certainly worth the second visit. Excellent service. Highly recommended
