Went on Tuesday with mum my sister and her kids had a great time it wasn't over busy so that was good it's a great place to go somthing for all ages,very clean and tidy the staff were really good with us and the kids. it is very acessable for disabled people like my mum so that was a plus,I thought most of the activities were reasonably priced with exception of the adventure golf witch we thought was a bit steep it would have cost us £37 to play crazy golf wen you can do it for around a tenner at norfolk gardens but other that it was a really good afternoon and would take them back in a heartbeat it's can get expensive but you have the freedom to pick what you do and book activities around the time slots.rather than having to pay on the door sort of set up and not get to do everything. Also the cafe was really really good I had a excellent Burger restraunt quality sister had a freshly made sandwich, not over priced at all food wise,well worth a visit folks.

We had another lovely visit here today. Me and my little boy are regulars and he really enjoys the soft play. We had a bad experience at another soft play area this week and thought it may have put him off but as soon as we pulled up he got really excited. So nice to see the amount of effort the staff go to to keep it clean and tidy. Until next time...

Took my son there today as it's his 12th birthday tomorrow..he did the climbing and we also did bowling. We ate there and the food was lovely. 10 out of 10 for the staff there as well, so friendly and attentive, well done out of bounds for excellent customer service..please pass on to staff how good they all were. The staff welcome us when we arrived, they are organised in all activities of son 3years old birthday party (Food, slice of cakes, piñata for kids)Very Helpful in preparations for the decorations because I brought some from Philippines banner, balloons, birthday hat, and actually they have their own birthday banners birthday decorations that makes the room lively and entertaining. Sylvia and Georgia are wonderful staff one said they never seen the function hall decorated like we did. I told them you done a great job you make little ones happy becaus of your job.

Tyler have a great fun with his friends from nursery and parenting group in soft play at Out of Bounds I will recommend it to anyone no stress just bring your kids and have fun.

The Hen do was fantastic here, great way to start the weekend with Footgolf! The function room was perfect for a meeting point and a great place for all the Hens to leave their cars as the minibus picked us up! Footgolf was a great activity. Great Icebreaker x

Just got back from my daughters bowling party for her 7th birthday.

Party of 12 children all very excited and hyper were well managed by our party host Phil.



Phil was incredible, nothing was too much trouble for him throughout the 2 hours we were there. He was amazing with the kids even though he had 12 to keep an eye on! My daughter had a great time and even asked to hug him at the end!



The food was lovely and the lady that brought it to our table was also very helpful in bringing water, cups and matches & a knife for the cake.



I will definitely recommend parties to my friends as I was so relaxed and everyone had a great time.

I took my two boy's there at the later point of Sunday and must complement staff on how clean the soft play area was, all of the staff there where also brilliant and we had an amazing time there. I did make this know to management when I left, and thanked them for a great experience but also felt the need to share it with others, the boys and I will be defiantly frequenting this establishment more often.

I took my grandchildren for the clip and climb. It was great. They enjoyed it so much. James was really good with them and helped to make it an amazing experience. Thanks.

I liked ithis place because it’s not total carnage. The place is great fun for all. The staff are well organised and H&S is taken seriously and they seemed to care. Good value day pass. I arrived at 9.30am and we left around 4pm. Really impressed with the staff, stress free fun.

Went to play crazy golf with my 7 year old grandson ,and had a good time ,found it quite expensive at 15 pounds for both of us as it didn’t take long to go round ,but guess we would go again on a less windy day next time ,think they could charge the same price for all maybe instead of making it more for adults as the game is the same for all .

We visited today and played footgolf which we were not very impressed with. We were not told online or on the phone when we booked that you needed to bring a football but wasnt a big problem as you just need a £5 deposit per ball. Found it really tricky to find footgolf. We were told to look for a black and white flag (this turned out to be on the floor behind a hedge) and there were no signs either pointing from the centre to footgolf or at the footgolf to say it was there so spent 15 minutes walking around. Also went to clip and climb which my 9 year old loved there another issue here. online it says to attend 40 minutes before for the briefing at the desk we were told 30 but it ended up being 10 minutes before, a long time to wait. We also went to soft play which we were happy with. On our experience id give 3 stars but the kids quite liked it so im giving 4 for them

We took our friends daughter, and she didn't enjoy the rock climbing. The manager Ian helped us, by offering another option. The food was lovely, only disappointing part was. The wrap had no salad in it, just chicken which made the wrap very small and empty.

We came yesterday for a game of footgolf, followed by bowling. I was overall impressed with the facilities and wished I’d booked the adventure golf, which looked fab! However, I felt individual activities are a bit pricey and perhaps they could offer a few more combination price deals.

Visited the adventure golf again today had a lovely time as usual. My only criticism is that the "background" noises played through the speakers were a bit to loud & distracting! Would be better if they were a little quieter.

Also upon arrival we went over to the kiosk only to find it closed, so had to walk all the way back across the car park to the main building to pay for golf & to collect our clubs & balls. It would of been helpful if there was a notice at the edge of the car park on the way to the kiosk to say that we needed to pay at the main building. On the whole though our experience was very good, but could have been made better by these small adjustments. I would definatly recommend the adventure golf for an hour or two of family fun!

Visited here twice whilst on holiday. First used the ten pin bowling on the Wednesday night offer £3.50 a game. Wasn’t very busy but believe that was due to it being Halloween night. Really enjoyed.

Yesterday we played footgolf. Again really enjoyed thought the course was in really good condition and well maintained. I also thought it was a fair challenge.

I did think the adult price was quite expensive at £8.50 though.

Overall a great place to take the kids too, plenty of choice for things to do

My gripe however is the sheer cost of the food and drinks! With the night owl deal we got a "special deal" which entitled each bowler a drink for just £2.



6 soft drinks later, £12 spent! And the cup size was the same as a standard McDonald's size cup...



We were also getting hungry so we shared 3 10" pizzas and 3 portions of chips between the 6 of us... there goes another £36!!



While the pizzas were freshly made, the quality was quite good but the cost was simply atrocious! I wish I'd saved the money and driven down the road to harvester and got a full meal each for a similar price!!

The soft play area is so much fun for the kids, my daughter really enjoys herself, BUT i have to question the cleanliness due to my daughter forever coming home with a cold, and last time we went she had actually caught a sickness bug, she hadnt got it anywhere else as we hadnt been anywhere. Also the price of the coffee is extortionate and not even that nice.

Visited yesterday which being a weekday I expected it to be less busy than a weekend (which it was) and perhaps slightly cleaner, well was I wrong on that front! Tables were sticky, covered in rubbish and floor filthy, toilet facilities left a lot to be desired (I suggest these need to be checked on a more regular basis) and given that there was hardly anyone in there it seemed strange. When I mentioned this, staff looked disinterested and more concerned with having there own conversations.



I will also like to add the fact you have to pay £1 for the privilege of sitting in this area, the least they could do was make sure it is basic clean!!



The soft play itself was okay but not great for the price and always so cramped, I know children will be children but literally climbing over each other to get to things! I think there should be a limit to the amount of people let in at one time!



This experience has massively put me off coming back.
