Outreach Homes is an organisation focused on providing exceptional accommodation and support to vulnerable young people aged 16 and over. A defining characteristic of Outreach Homes is our range of incentivised learning programmes, which prepare young people for the nest steps in their lives. Through a combination of accessible workshops and tailor-made support programmes, we ensure each resident have the tools they need to maximize their potential and make a successful transition from supported living to confident and complete independence. We have a capacity to take up to 5 residents at any one time and provide a secure and safe space to call home. Our premises is staffed 24 /7 by friendly and professionally trained staff. the premises is also monitored through extensive CCTV in all communal areas. We are able to offer and array of workshops and services tailored to each individuals needs.
