😂😂😂.. Nothing to do with canines, but I am sure we all can relate to at least 3!

Great classes Monday and Tuesday. Playing with the new toys and using the opportunity to work on putting control in in exciting situations, giving up an exciting object... Even Lady Meg enjoyed playing with the clam ❤️ On top of all that excitement, our dogs were able to concentrate on stays too!
Stars of tonight's class has to be Rodney and Bonnie who recalled to the correct owner in a parallel recall! I love my job 🐾🐾 Don't forget no Tuesday class next week (18 Feb) on account of Daisy's (my daughter) 21st 🎂😁

****Reminder there is no 7.15pm class tonight (Tuesday 11 Feb) due to the football**** If you are unable to make the 6.30pm class, please let me know....tonight's class we are going to be looking at managing arousal levels 🐾🐾🐾

When in doubt, ask your Vet. If your dog is unwell, please minimise contact with other dogs, reduce walks, give training sessions a miss, let your dog walker know to reduce risks of cross contamination, use common sense.... and don't forget the power of having a snuggle 🐾🐾

Morning! 🐾 Dog walks as normal this week, however, the inclement weather policy has been implemented. The safety of your dog is our priority, so if we do need to reduce your dogs walking time, we shall still spend the allocated time with your dog and we will let you know. Jo and Team 🐾🐾🐕🙂

With storm Ciara approaching, please check your fences/gates/boundaries before letting your dogs into your garden. If in doubt, use a lead or long line. Also ensure your microchip details are up to date, and that your dog is wearing a collar and ID tag (name, address including post code, plus contact number) when you do let them out - I am a belt and braces kinda gal when it comes to my dogs 😁 Stay safe 🐾🐾

Whilst we endeavour to get your dogs for their allocated time slot, with increasing road works in the Barnsley area, it is likely to have an effect on our travel times between clients. We will do our best to keep this disruption to a minimum and thank you for your patience 🐾🐾🙂

Well done on achieving your Gold Trick Title! ❤️ Teaching your dog tricks is fun, and inclusive! You don't have to have a boarder collie, I have a mixture of dogs who enjoy coming to Trick class - including bull breeds!
Trick training is great mental stimulation for all dogs, even reactive dogs. If your dog isn't comfortable working around other dogs - I can accommodate - without it breaking the bank.

It is a Legal requirement when walking your dog on a highway or biway (road or street), that they MUST be on a lead! If your dog causes a car accident you can be fined and prosecuted. I have just had an off-lead dog run the length of Grove Street and cross the street in front of an oncoming car to get to 2 on-lead dogs I was walking. Luckily I wasn't walking Percy. Best of it is this dog is dog reactive, and will activelunge and pull and run towards other dogs, barking, and has no recall. So why the owner thought it was a great idea to have the dog off lead I have no idea 🤔

There is currently limited availability for Mondays at 8.15pm at The Darby and Joan Club, Darton and Tuesdays at 7.15pm at St Peter's Church Hall, Barnsley. Suitable for dogs who have some basic training. Option to do Kennel Good Citizen scheme. £35 for 5 classes. Get in touch to book your place :-)
