This is a new fishing venue to accomodate pleasure anglers and match fishermen.
We are located within the Isle of Axholme, Owston Ferry which borders North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.
After purchasing the land back in 2009 we applied for the planning permission which took well over 12 months to be granted, and we were approved for the commercial fishery including 2 lakes and a brick welfare unit /water closet : )
We have recently completed the excavation of the 2 ponds and set the pegs out in concrete around pond 1 (26 pegs in total). Full vehicular access is available to each peg.
We also have car parking available.
The fishery is registered with the environment agency (CEFAS) and we have certification of this.
We have recently introduced a selection of coarse fish into our ponds and a variety of water plants to boost the eco system within the waters.
