The answer I got from ur local technique support is "please upgrade your tool first, than you will have precursor function".What a bad response!

Before upgrade the tool,we have right to know that how the function work for the low vapor precursor use. doesn't it??

Bought a temperature controller (MercuryiTC). Doesn't work right of the box.
