Oxfordshire Kickboxing Club Description
About the OKC
OKC was started in January 2014 with the purpose of providing Oxford with a new way to keep fit and get active on a weekly basis. With a member age range of over 25 years and experience ranging form none to 10 years we have diverse and wonderful team.
What you really need to know about the OKC is that we provide a very high standard of training in an environment designed specifically to encourage personal achievement, whether that be weight loss or improved fitness or a desire to compete. You do not have to have any experience in martial arts or indeed any sport. All we require is an open mind and a willingness to learn
Reviews
The consensus of the group for this evenings training was kicks, spins and aerial techniques. Job well done!
Just a reminder there’s no training this evening at Wood Farm due to bank holiday.
Other classes will resume as normal for the remainder of the week.
Thank you Brookes Union and Brookes Sport for letting us be part of this.
If you’re interested in the “get into” program, or would like to de-stress, please don’t hesitate to contact.
We vote to train this evening. See you all at 7pm
“You’re magic” (pupil, 2019) coaching isn’t just about teaching skills or a sport; it’s about inspiring the team and acting as a role model for those around you.

We’ve been extremely lucky to work with multiple children in Oxfordshire. We work as a team to help build children’s confidence, self belief and of course make all session enjoyable!
We treat everyone as an individual, know all members by name, understand why they train with us and always have someone to talk to.
If you have a spare 40 minutes do take a listen to the James Smith podcast.
