We had my sons 6th birthday here yesterday and it was fabulous. Our party host Beth was amazing with the children and was so happy to help out with anything we needed. She is a real credit to oxygen. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was the very rude man at customer services but was quickly resolved for me by the lovely Pam. Thank you all xxx

User

Took my boys for first time today and they absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back . Highly recommended . Cheap cafe too which was a bonus and I had a gorgeous muffin and hot chocolate at a very reasonable price

User

Southampton Oxygen - Clean, everything available, 5 x 12 year old boys loved it. After 1 hour of jumping, sweating and out of breath - just what they needed. Our session was quite quiet which helped as we have been when full and that is a bit much, but you can see when booking how many people are going to be there. Friendly helpful staff and good coffee in the café.

User

My toddler and I have had a wonderful time here this morning, Thank you! Cannot praise the staff highly enough. Everyone I spoke to from reception throughout the park and then in the café was very helpful. Great atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Will definitely return in future to take advantage of the 30 day pass on offer!!

User

I have to admit, I am not one for loving trying new things, and certainly not without a holding hand. I booked to go with my 3 year old boy and a friend and her boy (who sadly couldn't make it), but the staff were fab, they guy in reception especially, telling me exactly where to go & when, chatting to my boy and even checking in us when we came out. We will definately be going back. Huge thumbs up

User

5 star for the venue! But I almost gave this 1 star! Needed to urgently call the venue and and they don’t have a number. Just goes to head office! 1 hour on hold and no one picked up! They say they have people working 7 days a week! But I believe they don’t have anyone in the office on a Sunday! Really need to make it easier to contact them!

User

My son and his friends love it here, one big criticism though is there just isn’t enough seating for adults. You have so much space to put more seats in the cafe area, should use it wisely really.

User

Booked a little 0 party for my sons 3rd birthday. Booking was simple, staff were friendly, well informed, efficient and enthusiastic.

What exactly you get with the package could be made clearer but it was explained well from head office (when I called to increase the numbers) and more so when we arrived.

With sensible permission they let two older cousins jump with the toddlers. Alex Wood who looked after us had the tempo of the day just right and kept me well informed about everything that was going on.

I would easily recommend oxygen as a party venue for toddlers, it’s really easy to have a great time and it’s decent value for money against other places and activities.

User

We regularly visit oxygen since it opened, keeps kids off the street & They love it. My two children are on there 4th 30 day pass & I'm usually happy...... Tonight we came for the u.v party & was disappointed, instead of £17.50 We had a 10% discount costing around £15 per child ×3 (another child also a pass holder) £45. I believed the cost to be unfair, covering for 1 slice of pizza, 1 drink, neon paint & 1 glow stick each. After evaluating the cost for a whole pizza, 3 drinks & a visit to a pound shop to buy neon paint & glow sticks myself could have saved me a fair amount of money! I was made to believe during the week we could not enter unless we paid for the u.v night I discovered other jumpers there just for a jump, I was also told there would be a live Dj, there was no Dj. The cafe closed at 8.15, 45mins before the session ended. one member of staff became irritable when the session was over telling the kids to leave immediately as he wants to go home!! Personally I believe if the u.v party was cheaper stating 1 slice of pizza & 1 drink it would draw a lot more business as the park was particularly empty tonight. There was also no prize draws announced as advertised on the advert boards. Although the kids had a great time as they do every visit, we will not being doing the extras again at these costs!

User

Have visited before for a Little O session with my two year old which was great. However, I booked online yesterday to attend with my partner, 2 year old and 8 year old. I arrived there at 6.40 to then be told that my 2 year old couldn’t participate as they don’t allow under 3’s into the freejumping session (but I was able book online & entered the ages of the participants at the time) Left two children incredibly disappointed. Only option offered was to re-book onto a Little O’s session, which then meant my 8 year old couldn’t attend. Definitely no not cater for the whole family. Very disappointing. Ended up going to Flip-Out which was amazing, offered everything for the whole family and had loads more to do.

User

Been a few times and always had a brilliant experience but me and my two daughters went yesterday and we weren't informed whilst booking that if there is a birthday party on at the same time as your visit, that certain sections are roped off so that the kids from the birthday party can use it only.

User

AmaZing experience.The only

Reason I’m rating 3 is the fact that you cannot combine free jump with the little os!we had to wait for our little ones to finish the jump and then wait another hour for our cousins teenagers to jump so we end up having 2 upset toddlers that were unable to jump at the same time with their cousins .Also I have paid for my self as well although I was unable jump as I have a newborn as well and a member of staff stoped my cousin from helping and showing to my one of the two children saying that he was wearing the orange tag there for he should only jump at 11 and although I have explained that he is helping out as I’m breastfeeding the newborn looks like I was ignored .

User

When oxygen freejumping opened it was awesome. Well run, decent trampolines and was a boat load of fun. Flip out was worse.

I come back after a year and it is completely worn down, trampolines broken everywhere. Parts of the site have been closed down or have limited access, this mainly involved the foam pit area and the "parkour" area. It just looks in a state of total mess.

Flip out on the contrary has upped its game and is now officially the best trampoline park in Southampton.

Come on Oxygen! You used to be great

User

Came to Oxygen on Friday evening for the first time. We paid £10.50 each (2x adults 1x child). Weren't very impressed with how miserable the staff were when we arrived and also massively disappointed that we were cut short of 7 minutes when we paid for the full hour. Started jumping 19.04 and then they asked people to leave at 19.57... Not overly impressed. Will stick to Flip Out in future.

User

Well... we walked in and straight back out, how the hell do you expect people to be able to 'jump' when there is over 200 kids (that's practically 2 people to every trampoline) in the and then justifying the charges and calling it 'free jumping' The only thing that was

Jumping was my temper and trust me there is NOTHING FREE!! I am extremely annoyed having traveled 30 mins to visit, paying over £20 just to witness how badly this place is run, not to mention we didn't get a stamp and had to walk around to find someone before even getting access to the over crowded trampolines, I DO NOT recommend this at all and I WILL NOT be returning either alone or with kids.

I'd like to know how you are going to rectify this? I would certainly appreciate a refund given the only thing I used was the locker to put my shoes in!!!

User

We Have been regulars here since opening with both my children aged 2 and 7. I booked online as normal for a half term trip, your website already had all of our details including date of births so you can image my surprise when we arrived to be told we could not jump due to my daughter only being 2. So a 30 minute car journey and a toll bridge payment was actually for nothing. As I said we have been many times and even had my son's birthday party here, my daughter also jumped then, there has been no clear change of rules stated anywhere and your website still allows you to book a child onto a session that they cannot actually attend.

User

Place is disgusting ,toilet over flowing with soiled toilet paper ,tables are filthy .air bag fixed with duct tape .trampoline fixed with duct tape .benches fixed with duct tape .cold coffee .spoke to the manager his excuse staff issues with cleaners ,how easy is it to get one of the four kids in reception to wipe the tables with a cloth !place is a health hazard

User

I have been several times over the years with my 2 boys ages 2 and 9. Good Friday we were booked on with other family members and the waivers were all signed before our arrival. When we turned up we were then told that my 2 year old is unable to jump because he is under the age of 3. The online booking system should not have allowed this booking to go through. In the end we all had to come away extremely disappointed in the explanation from the staff members especially as we have all been together in the past. From looking through other reviews this problem keeps occurring whereby people book online and it doesn't stop children under the age of 3 booking on. I cannot take my 9 year old in to the little 0's session and I cannot take my 2 year old in to a normal free jump session so we are unable to do this together as a family anymore. Will look in to flip out in the future to see if they can be more accommodating

User

Absolutely furious. I had a booking for my daughters birthday and was contacted on the day, to say this was no longer available, because of a special group session. These sessions are a good idea, but to contact a customer on the day is completely out of order. They have known at least since February 2nd about these sessions. They were quite happy to lose future business, rather than compensating in anyway. They did not think this was justified because they were offering to change the booking or full refund. My daughters birthday was planned Round these times. I now have to collect her and friends from school and tell them they are not going. I will certainly not be using this company again
