Today, OZ Legal Consultancy has attended the UK-Turkey Business Forum to follow up the latest policies of the bilateral trade relations of these states towards each other. Both countries' Ministers of The Economy have announced that the investment volume to each other's territories has been increasing rapidly in the recent years. Mr Nihat Zeybekci, the Minister of Economy-Turkey, stressed that the Turkish Eximbank and the UK Export Finance would play a vital role in expanding the volume. The message is loud and clear; The UK and Turkey provide full support to the bilateral trade relations.

2018 A.T. Kearney Foreign Direct Investment Confidence Index has been announced. Accordingly, the UK is standing as the fourth most reliable country to invest in which provides sufficient assurance to its potential investors.

Ankara Antlasmasi Vizesi hakkinda bugun yayinlanan son gelisme hakkinda Duyuru
Bugun Ankara Antlasmasi ile 1+3 yillik vizeden suresiz oturma iznine basvurmak isteyen kisileri ilgilendiren bir degisiklik yayinlandi. Buna gore, bir sonraki aciklamaya kadar Ankara Antlasmasi Vizesi sahibi olan kisilerin suresiz oturma iznine (Indefinite Leave to Remain – ILR) basvuru hakki ortadan kaldirildi. Bugunden itibaren ILR’e basvurmak isteyenler, sadece yeniden 3 yillik vize uzatma basvu...rusu yapabilecekler.
Bugun yapilan degisikligin ardindan beklemeye basladigimiz bir sonraki aciklama ile ILR’e basvuru kriterlerinde degisiklikler yapilacagini ongormekteyiz. Buna gore artik Ankara Antlasmasi vizesi sahibi olup ILR’e basvurmak isteyen kisilerden, Ingilizce yeterliliginin kanitlanmasi ve Ingiltere’de yasam ile ilgili testten basari ile gecilmis olmasi gibi yeni sartlarin basvuru kosullarina dahil edilmesinin yolu acilmis gozukuyor. Bunun yaninda bildiginiz gibi, daha once ILR’e basvurmak icin 4 yillik vize surecini (1+3) doldurmak gerekiyordu. Yeni aciklama ile bu surenin 5 yila cikarilacagini dusunuyoruz.
ILR’e basvurmak icin getirilecek yeni sartlarin neler olacagini bugunden itibaren beklemeye basladigimiz yeni aciklama yapilinca gorecegiz ve sizi bilgilendirmeye devam edegiz.
16 Mart 2018 tarihinden once ILR’e basvurmus olan kisiler bu karardan etkilenmeyecek olup basvurulari dune kadar uygulanan prosedurler goz onune alinarak incelenecek ve sonuca baglanacak.
