Being the own brand shop, probably the best place to go within 50 miles if you want to try or discuss Paramo. However I've never found the gear to be anywhere near enough waterproof and therefore of limited use in winter

Called to Paramo in Keswick this week December 6th, staff more than helpful with my jacket that needed a new zip, don't think I can let it go yet for repair with winter coming I will wait till summer. Thanks again all at Keswick Paramo. Great Customer Service

Very knowledgeable staff who really take their time with you.
Bought a pair of boots from them years back and they spent hours with me getting the right ones.
Went back this year for a Paramo jacket and again service was excellent.
