With reference to M Smith's review I got the same treatment! Not very helpful - told us that we'd fitted the gearing incorrectly and that he wouldn't touch it! But like M Smith, fixed by Halfords in 10 mins! And then shops like this wonder why they don't stay in business 🤔

Very pleased with the service here. When I had a mechanical problem 50 miles from home, I brought it here and the owner fixed it immediately and for a very good price.

Called in advance. The pedal arm on my fold up bike had fallen off while cycling. Helpful over the phone. Took the bike in and it was fixed for a good price, within 10 minutes. Lovely guy.

We brought a bike from here 20 years ago. Bob said then the bike would last and 20 years later I have brought it in for a little professional TLC. Experience, knowledge and great advice. What more could you want from a business.
